Overview
EMBOSOFT embolization microspheres are used for blood vessel occlusion and are indicated for endovascular treatment of arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), neoplastic lesions, and hypervascular tumors, including uterine fibroids.
Specifications
The product consists of 2 mL of pharmaceutical-grade polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) and gelatin microspheres pre-filled in 8 mL of 0.9% physiological saline in a 20 mL syringe. They are spherical in shape, water-insoluble, and resistant to biodegradation.
